Terms and Conditions :
- Minimum order is 10 cards. If pay by credit card, the maximum
order is 120 cards.
- Free customized poster for promoting your phonecard is available
upon request.
- Unscratched physical phonecards may be returned within 30
days for a full refund. Refund will not include initial shipping
costs, and the shipping costs of returned products.
- Philtel.com is not responsible for customer service. Customer
service number can be found on the back of the phonecard.
- As every manufacturer prints "rate subject to change without
further notice" on every card, Philtel.com is not responsible
for any loss or damage due to manufacturer's rate change or
system problem.

Shipping & Handling
- Shipping cost:
a.) Regular mail delivery, $5 (4-10 business
days)
b.) Express mail delivery, $15 (2-5 business
days)
- Your phonecards will be shipped within 24 hours after your
payment is cleared.
Method of Payment
- We accept bank check, money order, and credit card.
- If pay by credit card, the following conditions will apply:
a.) Maximum order you can make in one order is
120 cards.
b.) You will be charged an additional 3% transaction
fee from the initial total value of calling cards you order.
c.) You must complete credit card authorization
form (available
here), and fax to us together with a photocopy of your
credit card (front and back) and your passport or driver license
(front and back). Fax to: 1866-4224008
(Important: Your credit card will not be processed
until we receive all these required documents.)
